first class mail...

i have a ton of stamps. i'm not even going to guess how many. so when i was talked in to joining a swap (thanks sherri!) that had to have some sort of mailbox, i thought no problem. oh my. i went through nearly every stamp i own and could not find a mailbox anywhere!! i even went to archivers to find a mailbox stamps and found nothing!! so i had to improvise, since the swap is due in a few weeks. thank goodness for the internet and clip art!! i ended up printing out a little mailbox and just cutting it out and adding it to my atc.

more bargains...

i kind of went a little nutso last two weeks and did a little (ok, a lot) of online shopping. amuse loves me...but i got great deals!! like these four stamps. 2 rileys and 2 changito monkeys for the bargin price of $11! wood mounted at that!! that's like a little over two fifty each!!! woo hoo!!

Jul 11, 2009

so i found a killer sale at archivers today. i rarely go there, not sure why, but i went today and found so many things on sale! i got a cute changio monkey set and i already have one of the stamps. so i want to give the wood mounted one away to a good home (it is slightly used, but great condition!) so please post here and i'll draw a random name on monday, july 13th.

update: and the lucky winner from my trusty random number picker (aka my husband!) is joan aka lakeslady!!

woot woot!! send me your address please!!

what's better than a sale..

not much! especially when it's a hero arts sale! i love so many hero arts stamps and a lot of places locally don't have them. so i must buy online (i mean, twist my arm!). so i just thought i'd do my little part to help the economy by spreading the word! the link sends you to the blog, but from there, you can find the sale! happy looking!
